摘要:针对“食品分析”课程特点和目前主要存在的问题,为了进一步提高“食品分析”课程的教学质量,以工程教育专业认证的核心理念为指导,对其课程目标、教学内容和方式及考核方式等方面进行了一系列的改革和探索,旨在实现课程教学的持续改进,引导学生自主和合作学习,培养学生在复杂检测环境中分析问题、解决实际问题的综合能力,提升学生的市场竞争力,以培养符合时代需求的高素质技术型、应用型人才。

Exploration on the Teaching Reform of Food Analysis Course Under the Background of Engineering Education Accreditation

Abstract:According to the characteristics and the main existing problems of the food analysis course, in order to further improve its teaching quality, the course target, teaching content, teaching method and examination mode was conducted a series of reform and exploration guided by the core concept of engineering education professional certification. It aims to achieve continuous improvement of course teaching, to stimulate students′ interest in active learning, to guide students to cooperate in learning, to cultivate students′ comprehensive ability to analyze and solve practical problems in complex detection environment, and to enhance students′ market competitiveness, so as to cultivate high- quality technical and applied talents in line with the needs of the times.
